The Croatian Inspectorate informs consumers about the recall of the product ACE COOK, INSTANT SOUP – WITH NOODLES AND BEEF BALLS (Beef ball and herb flavour) 80 g, best before 08.04.2022, originating from Vietnam.

The recall follows the detection of 2-chloroethanol (a precursor of ethylene oxide). The product does not comply with Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 laying down the general principles and requirements of food law.
