The Croatian Inspectorate informs consumers about the recall of Aptamil AR 2, follow-on food for infants from 6 months onwards (increased regurgitation), NET: 400 g, food for special medical purposes, with a best-before date of 02.01.2027.
The reason for the recall is the detected cereulid toxin in the product. The product does not comply with Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council and the Guidance on the microbiological criteria for foodstuffs.
