The Croatian State Inspectorate informs consumers about the recall of APTAMIL infant and toddler milk products because the toxin cereulide was detected in the contents.

The recall covers six products: APTAMIL AR 2 MLIJEKO ZA DJECU (REGURGITACIJA) 400 g (LOT 20261106), APTAMIL PRONUTRA 3 MLIJEKO ZA DJECU 800 g (LOTs 20260619, 20260718, 20260910, 20261129, 20261218), APTAMIL PRONUTRA 2 MLIJEKO ZA DJECU 800 g (LOTs 20260619, 20260719, 20260908, 20261130, 20261219), APTAMIL PRONUTRA 1 MLIJEKO ZA DJECU 800 g (LOTs 20260727, 20261127), APTAMIL PRONUTRA 2 1.2 kg (2x600) (LOTs 20261212, 20270218) and APTAMIL PRONUTRA 1 1.2 kg (2x600) (LOT 20261211).

The products do not comply with Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 and the Guide to the microbiological criteria for foodstuffs. The supplier is Nutricia Export BV, Rijswijk, Netherlands, and the distributor is AWT International d.o.o., Zagreb. Details are also available on Lidl's website.
