The Croatian Inspectorate informs consumers about the recall of baked pork breast trim in two variants.
The first is sold in bulk: LOT 020226 with a best-before date of 17.02.2026 and LOT 030226 with a best-before date of 18.02.2026. The second is vacuum-packed: LOT 230126 (best before 24.03.2026), LOT 270126 (best before 28.03.2026), LOT 290126 (best before 29.03.2026), LOT 020226 (best before 03.04.2026) and LOT 030226 (best before 03.04.2026).
The products were made from fresh pork (spare ribs) in which per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) were found above the permitted limit in pork meat, so the product does not comply with Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/915.
