The Ministry of Agriculture informs consumers about the recall of the product SUŠENI HAMBURGER (dried hamburger), LOT 271120-037800, best before 25.1.2021.

The food business operator STRIDON PROMET d.o.o., Zagrebačka 108, Dugo Selo, is recalling the product because an elevated level of the bacterium Listeria monocytogenes was detected, meaning the product does not comply with Commission Regulation (EC) No 2073/2005 on microbiological criteria for food. It was also found not to comply with Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 on food additives as regards polyphosphates.
