The European Commission validated RASFF notification 2026.5738 on 29 June 2026 concerning a food supplement from Poland found to contain the unauthorized novel food Tri-Creatine Malate.

Affected lots are 51201.E1.2 (BBD 31.01.2027), 60127.E1 (BBD 28.02.2027) and 51229.E1 (BBD 31.01.2027), pack size 500 g. The product was distributed to Croatia and a number of other countries. The notification was made by Lithuania; the origin is Poland.
