The Croatian Inspectorate informs consumers about the recall of the product GreenLab organic turmeric 150 g, batch BL146-24C-1, best before 31.08.2023, because 2-chloroethanol (a precursor of ethylene oxide) was detected.

The product does not comply with Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 on maximum levels of pesticide residues in or on food.

The supplier is Myristica d.o.o. from Zagreb and the product is placed on the market by dm-drogerie markt d.o.o. from Zagreb. The notice applies exclusively to the product with the details given above.
