The Croatian State Inspectorate informs consumers about the recall of the product Hrenovka – semi-cured product, LOT 00020426.10.2023, best before 10.12.2023.

The reason for the recall is an incorrect declaration, namely an undeclared milk protein allergen in the product. The product therefore does not comply with Regulation 178/2002 and Regulation (EC) No 1169/2011 on the provision of food information to consumers.

The product may pose a health risk to consumers sensitive to milk protein, while people who are not allergic may continue to use it without restriction.
