Recall: Kudelić d.o.o. meat products over ethylene oxide pesticide

The Ministry of Agriculture informs consumers that the food business operator Kudelić d.o.o., Bedenica, is recalling as a precaution the following meat products: ŠUNKARICA, PIZZA ŠUNKA, HRENOVKA I VAKUM, HRENOVKA I, HRENOVKA KOKTEL VAKUM, DOMAĆI JEGER, DOMAĆI JEGER VAKUM, DOMAĆI JEGER VAC CCA 300G, SOMERICA, SAFALADA, PARIŠKA KOBASICA, PARIŠKA KOBASICA MINI, POSEBNA S POVRĆEM, BEČKA SALAMA, TURIST SALAMA, TURIST SALAMA VAKUM, PUČKA KOBASICA, PUČKA KOBASICA VAKUM, ROŠTILJKA, ROŠTILJKA VAKUM 3 P., VIKEND KOBASICA, VIKEND KOBASICA VAKUM and MORTADELA, only with the LOT numbers and best-before dates listed in the notice.

The reason is the pesticide ethylene oxide found in an additive used in the production of the spice for these meat products. The product does not comply with Commission Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 on maximum residue levels of pesticides in or on food.

The producer is Kudelić d.o.o., Bedenica 50A, Bedenica. The notice applies exclusively to the products with the details given above.
