The Croatian State Inspectorate informs consumers about the recall of two starch-based salty snacks: Lala Prawn Crackers Hot & Spicy 60g with best-before date BBD 06.09.2024 and Jack n Jill Piattos Cheese flavored potato chips 85g with best-before date BBD 09.11.2024.

The products are recalled because of non-compliant labelling and the use of colour E110. This breaches Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 on the general principles and requirements of food law and Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 on the provision of food information to consumers.
