The State Inspectorate of the Republic of Croatia informs consumers about the recall of the product Bamboo cups Mopita, 435 ml (NATURAL mug fibra di bamboo, 435 ml), LOT number 2019OF0003, barcodes 8056684356805 and 8056684356799, other codes 7270764 and 7270766.

The product is recalled because of the presence of bamboo and corn fibres in the product. It therefore does not comply with Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.

The manufacturer is TAIZHOU CITY JOYHOME IMPORT&EXPORT CO.,Ltd., Taizhou City, Zhejiang, China; the importer is NOI S.R.L., Rovato, Italy; and it is placed on the market by PEVEX d.d., Savska cesta 84, Sesvete. The country of origin is China.
