The Croatian State Inspectorate informs consumers about the recall of NUTRIGOLD ORGANIC FLAXSEEDS 500g, LOT 2022-173 (best before 30.03.2024) and LOT 2022-591 (best before 30.10.2024).

The product is recalled because it may contain the allergen mustard, which is not declared on the label. Because mustard is not indicated, the product may pose a health risk to consumers sensitive to mustard; people who are not allergic may continue to use it without restriction.

The product does not comply with Regulation 178/2002 and Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 on food information to consumers. The supplier is DO-IT Food ingredients BV, Barneveld, Netherlands, and it is placed on the market by Galleria Internazionale d.o.o., Zagreb.
