The Croatian Inspectorate informs consumers about the recall of the product Solevita, Smoothie sorta Šipak-acai, 250 ml, EAN 4304493262737, use by 12.03.2024 and 13.03.2024.

The product contains an elevated level of the mycotoxin patulin and does not comply with Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/915 on maximum levels of certain contaminants in food.

The product was supplied by Molkerei Gropper GmbH & Co., Bissingen, Germany, and sold by Lidl Hrvatska d.o.o. k.d., Velika Gorica. Details of the recall are available on the food business operator's website.
