The Croatian State Inspectorate informs consumers about the recall of the product AL'FEZ NATURAL TAHINI – SESAME PASTE 160 g, best before 07/2025, after bacteria of the genus Salmonella spp. were detected.

The product does not comply with Regulation (EC) 178/2002 laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety.

The producer is AB Foods Polska Sp.z.o.o., Nowa Sol, Poland, and the distributor is SALVIA d.o.o., Radnička cesta 80, Zagreb. Details of the recall are available on the salvia.hr website.
