The Croatian State Inspectorate informs consumers about the recall of the product ASIAN CHOICE, frozen seaweed salad, 225 g, best before 25.07.2023.

The reason for the recall is the presence of hepatitis E virus. The product does not comply with Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety.

The exporter is Dalian Kowa Foods Co Ltd. Factory, Dalian, China, the importer is Asia Express Food B. V., Kampen, Netherlands, and the product is placed on the market by ASIA d.o.o., Zagreb. The notice applies exclusively to the product with the above details.

Consumers should not use this product.
