The Croatian Inspectorate informs consumers that the food business operator Fresh Topical SRL, Corbeta (MI), Italy is precautionarily withdrawing and recalling the product Brown mustard seed (Mustard seed brown), LOT 26724 L2, best before 10.05.2026, originating from India.

The recall follows an elevated amount of erucic acid. The product does not comply with Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/915 of 25 April 2023 on maximum levels for certain contaminants in food.
