The Croatian Inspectorate informs consumers about the recall of the product Domaći Jeger, a semi-cured product in packs of approx. 1 kg, LOT 04092024, with a shelf life of 14.9.2024.

The product is being recalled because the bacterium Listeria monocytogenes was detected. It does not comply with Commission Regulation (EC) No 2073/2005 of 15 November 2005 on microbiological criteria for foodstuffs.
