The Croatian Inspectorate informs consumers about the recall of the product Complete food for adult cats – HM Kitty beef, 100g, LOT number 20:126N, best-before date 19.9.2026.

The product is recalled because of an elevated concentration of iodine. It does not comply with Regulation 1831/2003 on additives for animal feeding purposes, nor with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/861 of 3 June 2015 approving potassium iodide, anhydrous calcium iodate and coated granulated anhydrous calcium iodate as additives for all animal species.

The supplier is MORANDO S.P.A., Via Chieri 61, Andezeno (TO), 10020, Italy; it is placed on the market by Konzum plus d.o.o., Marijana Čavića 1a, 10000 Zagreb. The notice applies exclusively to the product described above.
