The Croatian Food Agency (Državni inspektorat Republike Hrvatske) informs consumers that the food business operator KOTANYI d.o.o., Zagreb, has precautionarily recalled the product KOTANYI Himalayan salt, 88 g, best before 10.02.2030, LOT: 442087, after plastic particles were found that arose during salt grinding.
The product does not comply with Regulation 178/2002 establishing the general principles and requirements of food law, the European Food Safety Authority and the procedures in matters of food safety.
