The State Inspectorate of the Republic of Croatia informs consumers that, following the detection of Salmonella Typhimurium at laying-hen farm registration number 1HR0431, consumer eggs produced by OPG Antun Knežević have been recalled as a precaution.

The recall covers eggs with use-by dates 24.04.2026., 25.04.2006., 26.04.2026. and 27.04.2026. The product does not comply with Regulation 178/2002 laying down the general principles and requirements of food law.

The producer is OPG Antun Knežević, Kralja Tomislava 5d, Šiškovci, Croatia; the product is placed on the market by Agro-Klaster d.o.o., egg packing centre approval number 3641, Glagoljaška 27, Vinkovci. The country of origin is the Republic of Croatia.
