The Croatian Inspectorate informs consumers about the recall of the product Polutrajna kuhana kobasica (semi-permanent cooked sausage), Tlačenica Jerković, LOT number 20251016HR, use by 16.11.2025.

The product was withdrawn because the bacterium Listeria monocytogenes was detected. It does not comply with Commission Regulation (EC) No 2073/2005 on microbiological criteria for foodstuffs.
