The Croatian State Inspectorate informs consumers that the manufacturer Lovski d.o.o., Čazma, as a precaution is recalling additional LOT numbers of the products Wild boar meat salami 80g (LOT LOV2923210723, use by 19.10.2023) and Deer meat salami 80g (LOT LOV4023210723, use by 19.10.2023) after Listeria monocytogenes was detected.
The products do not comply with Commission Regulation (EC) No 2073/2005 of 15 November 2005 on microbiological criteria for foodstuffs.
The manufacturer is Lovski d.o.o., Franje Vidovića 59D, Čazma, and retail is Mini mljekara Veronika d.o.o., Put Matije Gupca 5, 49216 Desinić. The notice applies exclusively to the products listed above.
