The State Inspectorate of the Republic of Croatia informs consumers about the recall of the product ALI BABA, TURMERIC POWDER, in 100 g and 400 g packs, best before 22.04.2026.

The product is being withdrawn because of possible contamination with bacteria of the genus Salmonella. The product does not comply with Regulation 178/2002 laying down the general principles and requirements of food law.

The manufacturer is Nani Agro Foods Ltd, India; the supplier is Fresh Tropical Sri By Jawad, Corbetta, Italy; the product was sold by Kathmandu Mart d.o.o. and SPICE BAZAAR j.d.o.o., both in Zagreb.
