The Croatian Inspectorate informs consumers about the recall of the product Bio hemp oil 250 ml and 500 ml, LOT U1132020, best before 01.05.2022.

The reason for the recall is an elevated content of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in the product. The product does not comply with Commission Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 January 2002 laying down the general principles and requirements of food law.

The product is placed on the market by Herbio Puls d.o.o., Šetalište Franje Lučića 24, Velika Gorica. The notice applies exclusively to the product with the details given above.
