The Ministry of Agriculture informs consumers about the recall of the product Vita D´or BIO hemp oil, 250 ml, all lot numbers up to and including the best-before date 06/22, due to a possible elevated content of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in the product.

The product does not comply with Commission Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 January 2002 laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety.

The manufacturer is P. Brändle GmbH, Empfingen, Germany; the product is placed on the market by LIDL HRVATSKA d.o.o. k.d., Velika Gorica. More detailed information about the recall is available on the food business operator's website.
