The Ministry of Agriculture informs consumers about the recall of the product SJEMENKE SEZAMA 200g (sesame seeds), Colfiorito Fertitecnica, LOT 2014716, use by 30.05.2021, following the detection of an elevated quantity of the pesticide ethylene oxide.

The product does not comply with Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 on maximum levels of pesticide residues in or on food. The product originates from India and is produced by Fertitecnica Colfiorito SRL, Colfiorito Foligno, Italy.
