The Croatian State Inspectorate informs consumers about the recall of dm BIO SMOOTHIE PROTEIN 250 ml, all batches.

The reason for the recall is that the allergen peanut is not declared on the label and the product may contain other nuts. The product therefore does not comply with Regulation 178/2002 and Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 on the provision of food information to consumers.

The product may pose a health risk to consumers sensitive to peanut and nuts, while people who are not allergic may continue to use it without restriction.
