The Croatian Inspectorate informs consumers about the recall of GO PURE ČIPS CIKLA, PASTRNJAK, MRKVA I BATAT (vegetable chips: beetroot, parsnip, carrot and sweet potato) in 40 g packs with best-before date 15.04.2023. and 90 g packs with best-before date 22.04.2023.

The product is recalled because of an elevated amount of acrylamide. It does not comply with Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety.
