The Croatian State Inspectorate informs consumers about the recall of Häagen-Dazs Vanilla, 460 ml, LOT 4251427 with best-before 27.02.2023 and LOT 4284602 with best-before 08.05.2023.

The recall is due to the pesticide ethylene oxide found in a raw material used in the production of the ice cream. The product does not comply with Commission Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 on maximum residue levels of pesticides in or on food.

The manufacturer is Häagen-Dazs, Mofflaines, Arras, France, and the wholesaler is Stanić d.o.o., Kerestinec, Sveta Nedelja. Further information is available on the Stanić d.o.o. website.
