The Ministry of Agriculture informs consumers about the recall of the following products: SLADOLEDNI VOĆNI DESERT FRIUT PEAK 6 x 60 ml EAU YEAH, best before 02.03.2023 (LOT: 1061007), and SLADOLEDNI VOĆNI DESERT FRUIT WAVE 8 x 40 ml EAU YEAH, best before 03.03.2023 (LOT: 1061011) and best before 06.04.2023 (LOT: 1096010).

The products are recalled because of the presence of ethylene oxide in an ingredient of the product. They therefore do not comply with Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 on maximum levels of pesticide residues in or on food.

The manufacturer is Dedert IJs BV in Roermond (Netherlands), the wholesaler is Udea BV in Veghel (Netherlands), and the product is placed on the market by BIOVEGA d.o.o. of Zagreb. Details of the recall are available on the food business operator's website.
