The Ministry of Agriculture informs consumers about the withdrawal and recall of the product DAGNJA – Mytilus galloprovincialis, 1 kg net, LOT 132872, production date 12.04.2019, over detected Escherichia coli bacteria.

The product originates from the live shellfish dispatch centre KATIĆ, a craftsman business for fisheries, trade and services, owner Ivica Katić, approval number 1537, and was placed on the market at the fish shop Mala školjka, owner Jasna Filipović, within TRŽNICA – HIPPOS d.o.o., Split, Obrov 5. The product does not comply with Commission Regulation (EC) No 2073/2005 on microbiological criteria for foodstuffs.
