The Ministry of Agriculture, based on information from the food business operator Müller trgovina Zagreb d.o.o., published on 7 January 2021 an update/correction of the recall of the product Teestube sweet almond fruit tea, 125 g, from 22 December 2020.

On the back of the product Sweet almond fruit tea 125 g, the details shown are those of another product, Mandarin – cinnamon fruit tea 150 g, EAN: 2200251661014, batch number: CH0806287, best before: 30.03.2022. The product on sale contains almond that is not declared.

The product poses a risk to people allergic to almond; people who are not allergic may consume it without restriction. The product does not comply with Regulation 178/2002 and Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 on the provision of food information to consumers.
