The Croatian Inspectorate informs consumers that, as a precaution, the product Food for infants and young children Alfamino 400 g, batch 51200017Y2, best before 30 April 2027, is being recalled.

The reason for the recall is the detected toxin of the bacterium Bacillus cereus (cereulide) in the product. The product does not comply with Regulation (EC) 178/2002 establishing the general principles and requirements of food law.

The manufacturer is Nestle Fabrik Konolfingen, Switzerland, and the supplier is Oktal Pharma d.o.o., Zagreb, Croatia. The notice applies exclusively to the product with the details above.
