The Croatian Inspectorate (Državni inspektorat Republike Hrvatske) informs consumers about the recall of the product Grof Lovski, Salama s mesom jelena (venison salami), 250 g, with the following lot numbers: LOV5026260526 (use by 26.11.26), LOV5026010626 (use by 01.12.26) and LOV5026030626 (use by 03.12.26).
The recall is due to the presence of Listeria monocytogenes. The product does not comply with Commission Regulation (EC) No 2073/2005 on microbiological criteria for foodstuffs.
