The Croatian State Inspectorate informs consumers about the recall of the products Kukuruzni vafli Sondey amaranth & sea salt and Kukuruzni vafli Sondey chia & oregano, salted and thin, 105g, best before 19.09.2023 and 19.10.2023.

The products were placed on the market by Lidl Hrvatska d.o.o. k.d., the supplier is Good Food Products Sp. z o.o. from Poland, and the manufacturer is Liven SA from Barcelona, Spain.

The recall follows the detection of an excessive amount of the pesticide chlorpyrifos, meaning the product does not comply with Commission Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 on maximum residue levels of pesticides in food.
