Update: recall of additional Lectranal food supplement batches over ochratoxin A

Croatia's State Inspectorate recalls all in-date batches of Lectranal capsules 60 pcs, Lectranal acute capsules 30 pcs and Lectranal acute 20 caps not covered by earlier recalls, due to ochratoxin A in a raw material.

The State Inspectorate of the Republic of Croatia informs consumers about an additional notice and the recall of further Lectranal food supplement products.

The recall covers all batches with a valid shelf life of Lectranal kaps a 60 kom, Lectranal acute kaps a 30 kom and Lectranal acute a 20 kaps that were not covered by previous recalls.

The manufacturer Milsing d.o.o. of Velika Gorica decided to carry out the recall to ensure maximum safety. Products covered by the previous recall contained the mycotoxin ochratoxin A in a raw material used for their production, meaning they do not comply with Regulation 178/2002 on food safety.
