Peanut paste 230 kg

The European Commission validated RASFF notification 2026.4320 on 18 May 2026 concerning peanut paste originating from the Netherlands. It is classified as an alert notification with a serious risk decision, based on the company's own check.

Sampling on 6 May 2026 found 15 µg/kg of aflatoxin B1 (maximum permitted 2.0 µg/kg) and 21 µg/kg of total aflatoxins (maximum permitted 4.0 µg/kg). These are mycotoxins that pose a health risk.
