The State Inspectorate of the Republic of Croatia informs consumers about the recall of the product Domaća baklava Nubake pistacio, 500 g, LOT 5178 / best before 25.10.2025., LOT 5186 / best before 2.11.2025., LOT 5200 / best before 16.11.2025., LOT 5213 / best before 29.11.2025. and LOT 5218 / best before 4.12.2025.

The reason for the recall is an elevated level of the pesticide chlorpyrifos-ethyl in the flour used in production. The product does not comply with Commission Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 on maximum levels of pesticide residues.

The manufacturer is New Bakery d.o.o., Donji Stupnik, and retail distribution is by KONZUM plus d.o.o., Zagreb. The country of origin of the raw material is Slovenia. The notice applies exclusively to the product with the details above.
