The Ministry of Agriculture informs consumers about the recall of the product "Grissini Torinesi with sesame – Organic 250g Romina" with the following lot numbers: L20121 (best before 01.03.2021), L20129 (best before 08.03.2021), L20153 (best before 01.04.2021) and L20157 (best before 05.04.2021).

The product is being recalled because an elevated amount of the pesticide ethylene oxide was found. It does not comply with Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 on maximum pesticide residue levels or with Regulation 178/2002 on the general principles and requirements of food law.

The product is placed on the Croatian market by Galleria Internazionale d.o.o., Zagreb; wholesale is handled by denree GmbH, Topen. Further details about the recall are available on the food business operator's official website.
