Recall: Isola Bio almond calcium and coconut over ethylene oxide pesticide

The Ministry of Agriculture informs consumers about the recall of two products: ISOLA BIO BADEM KALCIJ BEZ ŠEČERA I GLUTENA EKO 1L, LOT 210204, best before 04.02.2022, and ISOLA BIO KOKOS S KOKOSOVOM VODOM BEZ ŠEČERA I GLUTENA EKO 1L, LOT 201210, best before 10.12.2021.

The reason for the recall is the pesticide ethylene oxide found in an additive used in the production process of these products. The products do not comply with Commission Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 on maximum residue levels of pesticides in or on food.
