The Croatian Inspectorate informs consumers about the recall of Metro Chef Garlic in cloves 1 kg, deep-frozen, LOT L4059A00D, EAN 4337182143642, best before 28 June 2027.

The product does not comply with Commission Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 on maximum residue levels of pesticides in or on food, as it contains an elevated level of pesticides.

The product is being withdrawn from the market; it was sold by METRO Cash & Carry d.o.o. in Zagreb. The supplier is MCC Trading International GmbH of Düsseldorf, Germany.
