The recall covers Setra CC 500 buses, models S 515 HD, S 516 HD/2, S 516 HD/3, S 517 HD and S 519 HD, types 410 02 and 410 03, made in Germany between 23 November 2022 and 19 May 2026.
A fault in the fuel supply control unit may prevent the vehicle from correctly switching between the main and auxiliary fuel tanks. This could cause a loss of engine power while driving or lead to fuel spilling onto the road, increasing the risk of an accident. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers.
