Croatia's Ministry of Agriculture has issued a recall for the unpasteurised milk cheese VALENCAY AOC "AFFINE" HARDY 220g (fromage de chèvre fermier au lait cru), LOT 10 032, best before 20.03.2019, produced by HARDY AFFINEUR, Chatillon S/Cher, France, approval number 41 043 003.

The recall follows the detection of Escherichia coli O157H7. The product does not comply with Commission Regulation (EC) No 2073/2005 on microbiological criteria for foodstuffs.

The product was placed on the market by the food business operator Salvia d.o.o., Slavonska avenija 7, Zagreb, through its retail outlet Delikatese Bonkulović, Nova Ves 17, Zagreb. The distributor is Thomas Export SA, Villeneuve-le-Roi, France. Country of origin: France.
