The EU Safety Gate system (reference SR/02346/26) has issued a warning about Iveco lorries of models S-WAY, X-WAY and T-WAY, MY24, originating from Spain. The alert was notified by Italy, and the product was found on the market in Croatia by the Croatian authorities; it was also found in Germany, France, Ireland, Luxembourg and Slovenia.

The ball joints on the steering rods may have insufficient hardness, which could cause them to break. This may affect vehicle handling and increase the risk of an accident. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers.
